I hope you are all looking forward to the last few weeks of 2007. One thing that always confused me about the last few weeks of the year is that Christmas and New Year's Day are two separate days. Not that I really care one way or the other, but wasn't Jesus born in year zero? If so, doesn't that mean that his birthday and New Year's Day should be the same day? Why the lag? Was there a mistake? Was Jesus really born on January 1st? If so, then why would we observe his birthday on December 25th, which is my birthday!? Why should I have to move MY birthday to accommodate for him!? It's okay Jesus, I forgive you.
Now, allow me to plug the blog of friend and fellow Cartoonist Conspirator Matthew Kriske. Matthew is an extremely talented young artist whom I've had the pleasure of working with over the past seven months. He is looking to publish some work soon and when he does I will make certain to be here with updates!
Another friend, Cartoonist Conspiracy member, and the creator of Introspective Comics, Ryan Dow, had bestowed me with a gift this weekend during my "last birthday party." (I will never turn thirty damnit!) This gift was a response to the challenge I had laid down two weeks ago to create your favorite bewilderedkid comix characters to have posted here. Well, here is the birthday present/pin-up that Ryan was nice enough to provide me!

Thanks again Ryan!
Speaking of the Cartoonist Conspiracy, this last week was a milestone for the group. We celebrated our fifth year anniversary! For more information on the illustrious five year history of the Conspiracy visit our website.
Now onto this week's comic!

Wu-Tang is for the children.
Thanks for the plug.
I've got one and a half commissions left for this year, and then I can devote some more work to the sketchbook, as progress has been at a near standstill for a bit now. Though I've already started taking commissions for next year, so hopefully I can still make my self imposed deadline of having it out before MicroCon.
We shall see.
