Thanks Ben Z! I've been fortunate enough to have had four consecutive weeks with pin-ups of bewilderedkid comix characters and I thank all of the creators immensely. If you want to make your own pin-up feel free to send it to me via e-mail, or give it to me when you see me and I will post the pin-up here at bewilderedkid.com.
Now, on to this week's comic!

Hey man, nice work on the weekly comics. I've only been randomly picking posts so far, but I like what I've seen. And 'sitar hero'? Genius!
(Thanks for linking to my site!)
Holy crap, that likeness is DEAD ON.
Rembrand: Thanks a lot! I am curious, will you be doing your comics weekly? Do you have any other comics work online or published? How is Europe?
Anonymous: Likeness? I have NO IDEA what you are talking about.
Does he bear any likeness to a former owner of a comic book chain?
SSSHH! You'll get us all killed!
I'd like to do my comics weekly, but I'll have to see how it grows. I took a leave of absence but I'm getting back into it.
I don't have any comicwork published so far, but there's some more (lame) cartoons in the earlier posts of my blog (mindbase21.blogspot.com).
Europe is… well, it's big :D Belgium's pretty boring actually, but there's lot's of culture and art to be absorbed. And there's lots of beer, which would be nice if I actually drank alcohol. So I'm settling with chocolate.
Ryan: Does he bear any likeness to a former owner of a comic book chain? Which comic book chain are you referring to?
Anonymous: Why would we get killed for drawing comix, viewing comix, and commenting upon them?
Rembrand: Do you have any ideas for getting stories published? Have you done any mini-comix?
The most exotic place outside of the States that I've been is Canada, which isn't much different than here. Like you, I do not drink either, but art, culture, and chocolate are great alternatives!
Oooooh, nice pin-up, man. I promise I'll make you one, one of these days.
Keep up the good work.
bewilderedkid: Oh man, I've made exactly 1 mini-comic in my life but that was years ago. I'd like to try my hand at it again though. I've realised in the past year that I'd like to do more of my own work and try getting it out there. Haven't got a clue about getting stuff published though (except via the web).
Yesterday I read your post of April 18th, about needing to take life for what it's worth and found it very inspiring. How are your plans working out so far?
And a happy New Year! Almost forgot that…
"Why would we get killed for drawing comix, viewing comix, and commenting upon them?"
I was kidding, but if we did get killed for any of those things, it would be because of the terrorists!
Apologies,
B
Rembrand: I've only done one mini-comic in my life as well! There are a few self-publishing websites out there where you can print-on-demand. Thanks for checking out my first post. It was a very difficult time for me and I really had to determine which route I was going in my life. So far, I've been pleased with the outcome.
B: I agree if we were killed for any of those things that it would be an act of pure terrorism. No apologies necessary.
Aw. Poor bunny! But I like the pin up :)
Oh yeah - yes, that was some of my tattoo work. Eep!
